183 Terms & Conditions — Platform Terms of Use
Please read this document carefully before using the 183 platform. By registering or using any part of this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out here. Effective date: 1 January 2026.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the 183 platform (including the website, mobile app, and all related services), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the platform immediately.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 183 as the platform operator. They apply to all users regardless of how the platform is accessed — whether via web browser, Android app, iOS app, or any other device.
The 183 platform is intended for entertainment purposes for adults aged 18 and above who access it from regions where such services are permitted. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet the applicable age and local legal requirements.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Users are responsible for reviewing the latest version. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
2. Account Creation & Security
To access the full range of services on the 183 platform, you are required to register an account with accurate, complete, and current information. Each user is only permitted to hold one active account. Registering more than one account under the same individual is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed.
During registration, you must provide your full legal name, an active email address, and a reachable phone number. This information is used for identity verification (KYC), which must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and up to date at all times.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. 183 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone call. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact our support team immediately at [email protected].
- Only one account is permitted per user.
- Registration details must be accurate and not misleading.
- Your password must be kept confidential at all times.
- Users are responsible for all activity that occurs under their account.
- Accounts may not be transferred to another party.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Users of the 183 platform are required to use our services responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws. Using the platform for any illegal activity, fraud, or conduct that could harm other users or the platform itself is strictly prohibited.
You agree not to use any automated software, bots, scripts, or other unauthorised methods to access or manipulate the platform. Any attempt to exploit system vulnerabilities, manipulate game outcomes, or engage in fraudulent activity will result in immediate account termination and legal action where necessary.
Users are not permitted to:
- Registering an account using another person's identity.
- Using funds derived from illegal activity to make deposits.
- Manipulating or attempting to defraud the platform's systems.
- Sharing your account with other users.
- Using a VPN or proxy to bypass geographical restrictions where applicable.
4. Payment Information & Transactions (MYR)
All financial transactions on the 183 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Supported deposit methods include DuitNow, FPX, and internet banking transfers. You are responsible for ensuring that all deposits are made from a bank account in your own name — deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account bearing the same name as your 183 account. Before your first withdrawal, identity verification (KYC) must be completed by submitting valid identification documents. 183 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents for any transaction deemed unusual.
Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are subject to your chosen payment method and may change from time to time. Any processing fees charged by banks or payment providers are the user's responsibility. 183 is not liable for delays caused by banks or third-party payment systems.
5. Liability Limits, Account Policy & Intellectual Property
Liability Limits
The 183 platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. 183 accepts no liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to data loss, service disruptions, technical delays, or unexpected game outcomes. In all cases, 183's total liability shall not exceed the amount deposited by the user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
183 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, use of false information during registration, or at the request of relevant authorities. For accounts closed due to a terms violation, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the circumstances and severity of the breach.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, software, text, and visual elements on the 183 platform are the exclusive property of 183 and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any platform content without prior written consent from 183.
Third-Party Links
The 183 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. These links are provided for user convenience only. 183 has no control over the content or practices of such third parties and accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage arising from your interaction with those services.
6. Changes to Terms & Governing Law
183 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for the latest updates.
Continued use of the 183 platform after any changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to stop using the platform and close your account.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the 183 platform operates. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute will be referred to a competent arbitration body or court under applicable law.
